Finance and Business enhances the diversity of its workforce through resources and programs designed to help our employees succeed, learn, grow, and become more engaged in matters related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We work to help employees develop a sense of belonging within their workplace environments by supporting efforts and initiatives designed to ensure employees feel comfortable being their true and authentic selves.
Engagement Opportunities
When you work in Finance and Business, you belong to a community that extends beyond the organization. Discover diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging engagement opportunities that help all employees achieve their highest potential.
DEAL Book Club
DEAL helps employees create equitable and meaningful change through ongoing discussion and reflection. Participate in the discussion and learn more about the F&B Diversity and Inclusion Intranet.
Diversity Speaker Series
Throughout the year, F&B hosts a Diversity Speaker Series, where we hear from university leaders, teachers, and change-makers who share their personal stories, insights, and vision with interactive presentations and opportunities for conversations and discussion.
